Lithuanian Association of Families with Deaf and Hearing Impaired Children PAGAVA
PAGAVA is a national non-governmental organization founded by parents in 1994 to promote equal rights of deaf and hard of hearing children, young people, and their families. PAGAVA provides families with information and support, organizes family meetings, children and family summer camps and workshops to exchange knowledge and experience, as well as cooperates with authorities to improve the quality of education of deaf/hard of hearing children and to ensure support for their families. PAGAVA respects the right of the family to make choices regarding the lives of their deaf and hard of hearing children.
